Airbnb Host rules Please take a look at our house rules and treat it with respect. Failure to do so can result in additional fees and deductions from Airbnb policy 1. Guests and visitors should comply with the parking regulations and requirements and must show consideration to other vehicles in the neighbourhood. 2. No shoes inside the home. Please remove shoes at entry (it's a Canadian thing, eh!) 3. No smoking/vaping inside the Airbnb. 4. No parties or events. 5. No unregistered guests or visitors are allowed. 6. Quiet time after 10 p.m. 7. No eating or drinking in bedrooms. Please enjoy your meal in the dining room. 8. Dispose of the garbage in the trash bin. 9. Keep a close eye on your kids while being on the balcony. 10. No pets allowed. 11. Make sure to turn off the lights, air conditioning, and any electronics when you leave the house. Don’t forget to close the windows and lock the door the patio door. 13. Report any damages and/or breakages reasonably promptly. Guests must pay damages exceeding the security deposit amount and will be reported to Airbnb. 14. Wash the dishes and place the trash inside the garbage at the front entrance in the designated trash dumpster before checkout. 15. Please leave the keys/ fob on the island and lock the deadbolt to the door with the physical key, then return the key to your lock box and make sure the code is scrambled after you leave. 16. if you do move furniture, place it back in the original spot when you checked in.
