House Rules & Fees We want you to feel at home while respecting our property and neighbours. Please review these important guidelines before booking: Check-in / Check-out: Check-in after 3 PM, check-out by 11 AM. Late check-out is $50 per hour unless pre-approved. Quiet Hours: 10 PM – 8 AM. Multiple complaints may result in cancellation without refund. No Smoking or Vaping: Inside or within 20 feet of entrances. $250 fee if violated. Pets: Not allowed unless pre-approved with a signed pet agreement. Unauthorized pets = $200 + cleaning. Guests: Only registered guests may stay overnight. Extra guests are $100 per person, per night. Parking: Use only your designated spot. Towing at guest’s expense if parked in another resident’s space. Garbage & Recycling: Please use designated bins. Excessive mess = $50 fee. Security: Keep doors locked and do not share access codes. $100 fee for security breaches. Damages: Report immediately. Repair/replacement costs will be charged. Illegal Activity: Strictly prohibited. Will result in cancellation and law enforcement notification. By booking, you agree to these rules. Fees will be applied through Airbnb’s Resolution Center if necessary.
